What Is The Patron Program?
Patron involvement is one of the most important factors in assuring that this highly rated show continues to be available, not only to yourself, but to everyone in our community. It is the generous artist purchases by our Patrons that ensures the continued and growing involvement of over 200 quality artists each year. As a Patron, you pledge your desired amount of artist purchase support. The festival retains $75 to assist in underwriting exclusive Patron events and benefits. You receive the remainder in Patron Purchase Vouchers which you spend directly with the artist for your choice of pieces during the festival.
PATRON PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- Invitation for two to the exclusive Unveiling Party in early fall.
- Invitation for two to special exclusive Patron events to socialize and learn more about art collecting from recognized professionals in the field.
- Invitation for two to the exclusive VIP-Artist Party in November where patrons have an opportunity to get acquainted with the artists and meet the Festival Judges prior to the festival.
- Patron Purchase Vouchers to spend with the artist (s) at the festival. The purchase vouchers are distributed to Patrons at the November VIP-Artists Party.
- A Purchase Award Ribbon to be given directly to the artist whose work you select. This is a very prestigious award for the artist and is prominently displayed in their tent.
- Access to the Patron’s Retreat during the festival, to rest, have a cold drink and light refreshments and securely store your purchases if desired.
- Reserved parking conveniently located near all festival activities during the festival weekend.

What Festival Patrons Do: A festival patron is someone who has donated $325 (or more) to the Fall Festival of the Arts. $250 of that donation is given back to the patron in the form of Purchase Vouchers good for the purchase of artwork at the Festival. So, your donation provides a guarantee to exhibiting artists that there are people in the community committed to purchasing artwork. This attracts better artists. In addition, the portion of the donation not given back in vouchers provides operational support for the festival.
What Festival Patrons receive: The $250 inVouchers to spend at the festival, an invitation to the artwork unveiling, an invitation to two Patron Soirees: the Patron Appreciation Party and the VIP reception for artists and Patrons the evening before the Festival; a Purchase Award Ribbon to present to the exhibiting artists whose work you choose to purchase, access to the Patrons retreat at the Festival, and reserved parking atthe Festival.
Most importantly, Patrons enjoy knowing that their support helps to continue the tradition of a great Festival that benefits the entire DeLand community.
